Tracking shows 'Delivered' but I did not receive my order.Updated a year ago
If the tracking information shows that the package was delivered, but you are unable to locate the package within 48 hours of the Delivered timestamp, we suggest to check the following:
- Verify the shipping address provided
- Look around the delivery location for your package (e.g. left outside a nearby apartment)
- Check your mailbox or mail storage room
- Ask if someone else in your household accepted the package on your behalf
If you are still unable to locate your package after 48 hours and have tried the suggestions above, you will need to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. If you believe that your package was stolen, you will need to file an official police report.
If only part of your order was delivered, chances are the other items are in transit and should be arriving soon. Please allow 24-48 business hours for your complete order to arrive.
Once you have submitted a claim or filed a police report, please reach back out to us and provide either document along with your full shipping address, order number and email address. We will review it and will follow up with next steps. Please note that we can not issue refunds for orders that were marked as delivered by the carrier.
