How do I change or cancel my order?Updated a year ago
*Please note that although we try our best to accommodate order changes and cancellations, we can not guarantee them. Our team will do their best to honor the request, but once an order has processed and shipped, we can no longer make changes. Please also note that any requests that are sent after business hours will not be received until the following business day.
You may request to change or cancel your order. If your order is successfully canceled, you will receive a cancellation confirmation email. We'll issue your refund right away, but it may take 10 - 12 business days to reflect on your statements.
Unfortunately if your parcel has already been shipped we are unable to intercept the parcel to change the address and the cost to have the parcel reshipped will be at the customer's expense. The address can only be changed if your order has not been shipped. To submit a cancellation request or make a change to your order, please contact us on our help form.
